PSE Member Resorts
Use Time Exchange for owners at Charter Resorts exchanging into any other PSE Charter Resort Exchange your use time into any comparable unit/season within any of the PSE Charter Resorts. Reservations may be confirmed 10 months in advance of travel date. No additional exchange fee is required.
Use Time Exchange for owners at Charter Resorts exchanging into any PSE Member Resort Exchange your use time into any comparable unit/season within any of the PSE Member Resorts. Reservations may be confirmed 10 months in advance of travel date. A non-refundable $59.00 reservation fee shall be assessed for all domestic exchanges, including Hawai'i. A non-refundable reservation fee of $89.00 shall be assessed for all international exchanges.

Preferred Time Owner privilege to use unoccupied space at any PSE Resort at discounted rates. Reservations may be confirmed 13 days in advance of travel date. Minimum two night stay required. Rates are subject to change. All reservations are subject to space availability.
Split Weeks

Split your week into two or three separate reservations, so you can enjoy time at other PSE Resorts.

For all split reservations, only one weekend may be included within the split.

Whole weeks must be deposited to make a Split Week reservation. Please note that the Split Week option is not available at all participating PSE Resorts.

For owners at PSE Member resorts, a non- refundable reservation fee of $59.00 will be assessed for each split reservation (maximum of 3 splits). Reservations may be booked 6 months in advance.

For owners at PSE Charter Resorts splitting to another Charter resort, no fee will be assessed for the 1st split, and the 2nd and 3rd splits shall be assessed a non-refundable fee of $35.00 per split. Reservations may be booked 9 months in advance.

For owners at PSE Charter Resorts splitting to a Member resort, a non-refundable fee of $59.00 will be assessed for each split (maximum of 3 splits). Reservations may be booked 6 months in advance.
Freedom Plus Carry over your unused Use Week to the following year. Must contact reservations by June 30 of the current year to carry over your Use Week. Confirmations must be made by June 30 of the following year. For elections to carry over made prior to April 1, there will be no charge. Elections to carry over made between April 1 and June 30 will be assessed a non-refundable fee of $35.
Upgrades

Upgrade into a higher season or larger unit type.

Upgrades are not available at all participating PSE Resorts. All upgrades are subject to availability.

 You may be confirmed 6 months in advance of travel date, subject to availability. Upgrades vary by unit size, season and resort and are on a per night basis. A non-refundable fee of $30 will be assessed for each season upgrade. Unit upgrades will be assessed the following non-refundable fees per night: $30 for the first upgrade, $35 for the second, and $40 for the third.
Cancellations Canceling your reservation. There is a non-refundable $15.00 fee to cancel your reservation. Cancellation policies and fees may vary by resort and/or reservation type, and additional cancellation fees may be assessed.

All reservations are subject to the rules and regulations of the participating PSE Resorts. Reservations will only be accepted from owners in good standing. Reservations are subject to availability and fees may be subject to change.
